1. Đơn vị thu thập
Ứng dụng YogaWay được phát triển và vận hành bởi Bùi Quang Sang (cá nhân kinh doanh) — ứng dụng tự tập yoga, thiền tại nhà, kèm tính năng kết nối học viên với huấn luyện viên yoga (HLV) ở Việt Nam.

2. Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập
- Tài khoản: email, mật khẩu (mã hoá), họ tên.
- Hồ sơ HLV (nếu bạn đăng ký làm huấn luyện viên): ảnh đại diện, ảnh bìa, khu vực nhận dạy, bộ môn, giới thiệu.
- Hồ sơ xác minh (chỉ admin thấy): giấy tờ/chứng chỉ chuyên môn để xác minh danh tính & bằng cấp HLV.
- Yêu cầu đăng ký tập: bộ môn, gói tập, địa chỉ tập, lịch mong muốn và (tuỳ chọn) tình trạng cơ thể, mục tiêu tập.
- Ảnh: ảnh hồ sơ; ảnh món ăn để quét calo bằng AI; ảnh bạn tạo bằng công cụ ghép ảnh AI; ảnh gửi trong trò chuyện. Ảnh chỉ dùng đúng mục đích bạn chọn.
- Sức khỏe & thể hình (bạn tự nhập): món ăn và calo, cân nặng, chiều cao, BMI, vòng eo/mông (WHR), lượng nước và mục tiêu. Dữ liệu chỉ hiển thị cho riêng bạn; chúng tôi KHÔNG chia sẻ với bên thứ ba.
- Nội dung cộng đồng: bài đăng, ảnh, trạng thái, bình luận, lượt thích bạn chia sẻ công khai trong cộng đồng.
- Tin nhắn trong ứng dụng: nội dung và thời gian tin nhắn 1-1 với HLV/hỗ trợ. Bạn có thể chặn hoặc báo cáo người dùng khác; nội dung bị báo cáo được gửi tới đội kiểm duyệt.
- Kỹ thuật: mã thiết bị đẩy thông báo, phiên bản app, dữ liệu sự cố ẩn danh để sửa lỗi.
3. Cách chúng tôi dùng dữ liệu
- Cung cấp bài tập, nhạc thiền, lời dẫn, công cụ theo dõi sức khoẻ.
- Kết nối học viên với HLV phù hợp và để hai bên trao đổi, hẹn lịch.
- Xác minh hồ sơ HLV trước khi nhận yêu cầu.
- Vận hành cộng đồng và kiểm duyệt nội dung.
- Gửi thông báo (tin nhắn mới, ghép HLV, ưu đãi) và hỗ trợ qua email.
- Cải thiện trải nghiệm dựa trên dữ liệu tổng hợp ẩn danh.
4. Chia sẻ dữ liệu
Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu cá nhân. Dữ liệu chỉ được chia sẻ với:
- Huấn luyện viên: khi bạn gửi yêu cầu đăng ký tập, admin chuyển thông tin liên hệ & địa chỉ cho HLV phù hợp. Số điện thoại HLV KHÔNG hiển thị công khai.
- Nhà cung cấp hạ tầng: Supabase (database), Cloudflare R2 (lưu ảnh/âm thanh) — theo điều khoản bảo mật của họ.
- Dịch vụ AI: ảnh món ăn/ảnh ghép được gửi tới nhà cung cấp AI (OpenAI, Google) CHỈ để xử lý yêu cầu đó, không dùng để nhận dạng bạn.
- Sentry: dữ liệu lỗi kỹ thuật (loại lỗi, màn hình, phiên bản) — không gồm IP hay thông tin nhận dạng.
- Cơ quan pháp luật: khi có yêu cầu hợp pháp.
5. Quyền của bạn
- Truy cập / xem dữ liệu của mình trong app.
- Sửa / cập nhật hồ sơ.
- Xoá tài khoản: vào Cá nhân → Cài đặt → Xoá tài khoản. Yêu cầu xử lý trong 7 ngày; dữ liệu cá nhân bị xoá hoặc ẩn danh.

6. Lưu giữ dữ liệu
- Chúng tôi lưu giữ dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn trong suốt thời gian tài khoản còn hoạt động, để cung cấp dịch vụ (bài tập, hồ sơ, theo dõi sức khoẻ, cộng đồng, tin nhắn).
- Khi bạn xoá tài khoản (Cá nhân → Cài đặt → Xoá tài khoản) hoặc yêu cầu qua email: dữ liệu cá nhân được xoá hoặc ẩn danh trong vòng 7 ngày; các bản sao lưu (backup) được xoá trong vòng 30 ngày.
- Hồ sơ xác minh HLV (giấy tờ/chứng chỉ) được xoá sau khi xác minh xong hoặc khi bạn xoá tài khoản.
- Nội dung cộng đồng (bài đăng, bình luận) có thể được giữ lại nhưng được gỡ liên kết khỏi danh tính của bạn khi bạn xoá tài khoản.
- Nhật ký kỹ thuật/sự cố ẩn danh (Sentry) được giữ tối đa 90 ngày rồi tự xoá.
- Chúng tôi chỉ giữ dữ liệu lâu hơn khi pháp luật yêu cầu (ví dụ nghĩa vụ kế toán/thuế) hoặc để giải quyết tranh chấp; sau đó dữ liệu sẽ được xoá.
7. Bảo mật
Dữ liệu lưu mã hoá ở Supabase (Postgres + Row Level Security). Mật khẩu mã hoá bằng bcrypt. File xác minh lưu trong bucket private, chỉ admin truy cập qua signed URL ngắn hạn.
8. Trẻ em
YogaWay dành cho người từ 16 tuổi trở lên. Dưới 16 tuổi cần phụ huynh đồng ý.
9. Thay đổi chính sách
Khi có cập nhật, chúng tôi thông báo qua email và/hoặc trong app ít nhất 7 ngày trước khi có hiệu lực.
1. Who collects your data
The YogaWay app is developed and operated by Bui Quang Sang (sole proprietor) — a home yoga & meditation practice app that also connects students with yoga instructors in Vietnam.

2. Data we collect
- Account: email, password (encrypted), full name.
- Instructor profile (if you apply as an instructor): avatar, cover photo, coverage area, disciplines, bio.
- Verification documents (admin-only): professional certificates to verify instructor identity & credentials.
- Class requests: discipline, package, training address, preferred schedule and, optionally, physical condition and goals.
- Photos: profile photos; food photos for AI calorie scanning; images you create with the AI photo tool; images sent in chat. Photos are used only for the purpose you chose.
- Health & fitness (self-entered): meals and calories, weight, height, BMI, waist/hip ratio (WHR), water intake and goals. This is shown only to you; we do NOT share it with third parties.
- Community content: posts, photos, statuses, comments and likes you share publicly in the community.
- In-app messages: content and timestamps of 1-to-1 chats with instructors/support. You can block or report other users; reported content goes to our moderation team.
- Technical: push-notification device token, app version, anonymized crash data for debugging.
3. How we use your data
- Provide yoga classes, meditation music, narration and health-tracking tools.
- Match students with suitable instructors and let both sides communicate and schedule.
- Verify instructor profiles before accepting requests.
- Operate the community and moderate content.
- Send notifications (new messages, matches, offers) and email support.
- Improve the experience using aggregated, anonymized data.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with:
- Instructors: when you submit a class request, the admin forwards your contact & address to a matched instructor. Instructor phone numbers are NOT shown publicly.
- Infrastructure providers: Supabase (database), Cloudflare R2 (image/audio storage) — under their privacy terms.
- AI services: food/creative photos are sent to AI providers (OpenAI, Google) ONLY to process that request, never to identify you.
- Sentry: technical error data (error type, screen, version) — no IP or identifying information.
- Legal authorities: upon lawful request.
5. Your rights
- Access / view your data in the app.
- Edit / update your profile.
- Delete your account: go to Profile → Settings → Delete account. Requests are processed within 7 days; personal data is deleted or anonymized.

6. Data retention
- We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active, in order to provide the service (classes, profile, health tracking, community, messages).
- When you delete your account (Profile → Settings → Delete account) or request by email: personal data is deleted or anonymized within 7 days; backups are purged within 30 days.
- Instructor verification documents (certificates) are deleted after verification is complete or when you delete your account.
- Community content (posts, comments) may be retained but is unlinked from your identity when you delete your account.
- Anonymized technical/crash logs (Sentry) are kept for at most 90 days, then automatically deleted.
- We only keep data longer when required by law (e.g. accounting/tax obligations) or to resolve disputes; after that the data is deleted.
7. Security
Data is stored encrypted on Supabase (Postgres + Row Level Security). Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Verification files live in a private bucket, accessible to admins only via short-lived signed URLs.
8. Children
YogaWay is intended for users 16 and older. Under 16 requires parental consent.
9. Policy changes
When we update this policy, we notify you by email and/or in-app at least 7 days before it takes effect.
