Opening the 3D model…

From Dolphin: forearms parallel on the floor, elbows under and as wide as the shoulders, palms down; lift one leg at a time until the torso and legs stack upside down in one vertical line above the elbows. The upper arms are vertical, the head is lifted off the floor and the gaze rests on the floor between the hands. The shoulders work hard: the serratus anterior and trapezius lift the shoulders away from the floor, the rotator cuff keeps the elbows from sliding out, and the abdominals hold the body straight. An advanced pose that needs open, strong shoulders: learn it with a teacher at a wall; a strap around the upper arms and a block between the hands help keep the forearms parallel; avoid it with shoulder or neck problems, high blood pressure, glaucoma or during pregnancy.
